I’ve been thinking about hosting an online haiku workshop for a while, and this may be the right time to give this experiment a try.
Just like our workshops at the Naviar Haiku Fest, we’ll analyze the rules for writing a haiku and its structure, how to add a kigo (seasonal reference) and Kireji (cutting word). We’ll read and analyzed poems, as well as write our own.
We could use Skype, but if you have any other suggestions let me know. Workshop will be 2 hour long. We could do it on Saturday 04/04 morning GMT but depending on who takes part and where they are we can adjust the time.
If you’re interested, send me a message using the contact form below or email me at marco(at)naviarrecords(dot)com. Since this is a test, workshop will be free: the first 5 people who contact me will take part in it.
