Morning solace

500

Here's our 500th challenge. Almost 10 years ago, the Naviar Haiku Challenge published its first poem, a haiku by Andrea Cecon. To celebrate this landmark, I invited Andrea to share another poem with us.

Andrea Cecon is a hearing aids technician, a traveler, a haijin published all over the world, and also an ebook apprentice. His first ebook won 3rd place in the Sharp Writ Book Awards contest in 2011 (category: poetry). Residing in Cividale, Italy, with his wife, Russian haijin Valeria Simonova-Cecon. He finds his inspiration in memories, travels, and everyday life…
